Sumo Man Sumo! Sumo! Sumo!

Sumopon welcomes you with an outstretched hand

A name with a gentle nudge.

Sumopon brings together sumo and pon — the sound of a friendly little pat in Japanese. A gentle nudge to help you take your first step.

Strong enough to help. Soft enough to blush.

Sumopon raises both arms to cheer you on

Your first step matters.

Sumopon loves cheering for someone who is trying. Someone else's “I did it!” feels even better than winning.

Sumopon shyly hides the red crescent cheek

Compliments are the weak spot.

Say “thank you” and a little hand goes straight to that red cheek. Sumopon tries to hide the smile, but never quite manages it.

Even the strong ones take a break.

After giving it a go, there is always time to sit back, catch your breath and enjoy the moment.

You'll know it's Sumopon.

Three little folds
A softly folded topknot with three rounded tips — a little echo of Sumo! Sumo! Sumo!
One red crescent
Just one cheek carries a red crescent. It peeks out even when Sumopon is feeling shy.
A reassuring shape
A big, rounded body, tiny hands and a steady stance. Ready to welcome you, just as you are.
